Responsibilities
Manage data requests end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Develop strategic, data-supported responses to external inquiries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather quantitative and qualitative data
Verify facts, validate commitments, and compile supporting documentation
Lead moderate to complex initiatives and introduce innovative solutions
Provide direction on overall program plans and goals
Own deliverables within the program implementation plan
Develop ad-hoc reports, summarize findings, and provide business insights
Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership at various levels
Qualification
Required
Local candidates only – Must reside within the Oakland/Bay Area service territory
Hybrid schedule: Team works onsite at the Oakland General Office (OGO) Tuesday–Thursday each week
If equipment delay occurs, candidate must be able to use a personal device with Citrix temporarily
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 6+ years of related experience
Advanced knowledge of program/project management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working within a regulatory environment
Demonstrated ability to lead or direct teams
Strong understanding of business drivers and operational impacts
Strong project management expertise
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines
Strong analytical skills with ability to assess issues and recommend solutions
