Responsibilities

Lead development of integrated content from brief to publish across key product campaigns
Collaborate with product marketing, social, and integrated teams to ensure partner content aligns with broader messaging strategy
Manage agency relationships and workflows, from casting and concepting through content reviews and measurement
Develop briefs for talent in that unlock creativity while protecting brand tone and objectives
Support enterprise and cultural campaigns as needed, providing content perspective and industry best-practice consideration
Manage campaign timelines, partner and agency communications, and internal stakeholder alignment

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
4-6 years experience in influencer marketing or creator content management
Skilled in working with creators across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
Know how to translate brand briefs into resonant consumer narratives
Comfortable balancing brand needs with platform authenticity
Experience reviewing creative for strategic alignment and brand consistency
Enjoy finding up-and-coming talent and shaping new ways to tell stories
Strong organizational and project management skills; proven ability to manage concurrent projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, engaging presentations
Solid understanding of brand fundamentals, customer journey mapping, and performance marketing levers
Comfortable navigating a matrixed organization and collaborating across cross-functional teams and agency partners
Self-starter with a passion for brand building, an eye for detail, and a drive to contribute to team success
