Data Services Clerk
Southwest Service Administrators, Inc. is seeking a Data Services Clerk to support operational healthcare claims data management. The role involves producing, tracking, verifying, and distributing claim load files and reports.

Responsibilities
Review and distribute correspondence, claims and other documents received from vendors
Create, track, verify and process claim loads
Compare data stored in various databases and report the differences
Assist with analyzing data storing procedures and make modifications and enhancements as needed
Provide support and technical guidance for system users
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum)
Ability to read and comprehend detailed technical instructions, vendor correspondence, and other technical information
Strong research, data entry and analytical skills
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and web-based data systems
Ability to work independently or in a team-based collaborative environment
Professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts
Ability to develop goals and objectives with procedures to monitor and evaluate progress
Strong dedication to follow-through on all tasks and assignments
Ability to sit for long periods of time operating a computer keyboard
