Each rotation begins with a defined set of objectives and learning outcomes
Supervisory responsibilities: Factory Hourly Team Members for Department Manager Rotation
Work hours: Normal + irregular hours/shifts required
Travel expectations: Up to 25% varies dependent upon role & project assignments
Qualification
Required
Entry level: 1-3 years combined engineering experience
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Math, or relevant Science or combination of education and experience
Responsible for ongoing development of technical and leadership competencies
Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD, CAD/3D Modeling
Technical / functional skills: Developing skills within multiple disciplines or technologies
Safety: Periodically exposed to machinery where safe operating procedures must be followed, occasional lifting of materials up to 30 lbs. is required, work environment is noisy
Leadership competencies: Apply technical and functional expertise, Manager and improve processes, Foster collaboration, Establish plans, Build Relationships, Drive Execution
