Responsibilities

Lead hardware initiatives for residential solar and battery storage systems
Analyze and optimize battery performance for solar panel integration
Support system design, installation guidance, and technical troubleshooting
Evaluate hardware components to ensure efficiency, durability, and safety compliance
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and field teams to improve system performance
Monitor and resolve hardware-related issues in residential deployments
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required

3–5 years of experience in residential solar and battery storage systems

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to guide technical teams
