Maintains knowledge of clinical component of registry database systems to include registry definitions, guidelines, and querying
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Exposure to electronic medical records and clinical databases
strong attention to detail
Preferred
2 years in medical record data abstraction strongly preferred
2+ years in NCDR cardiovascular registries
clinical background
Associates or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field
LPN, RN, RHIT, RHIA, CPHQ,RT
Proficiency in EMR, databases
