Responsibilities

Perform a variety of complex and unique duties associated with public media programs involving membership relations, administration and gift accounting for Northwest Public Broadcasting (NWPB)
Assisting the principles in the areas of membership, outreach, and major donors relation with the administration
Coordination in functions such as: quantitative and qualitative reporting; membership data entry; member and listener correspondence; customer service for members, donors, listeners, viewers and the general public; special event planning support; donation data entry; cash handling; and purchasing

Required

High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of full-time clerical experience OR equivalent education/experience
Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Customer service experience which included telephone or reception duties

Preferred

Experience in the field of development or charitable giving
Experience with Allegiance software
One (1) year cash handling experience
Experience processing credit card transactions
