Responsibilities
Develop interactive eLearning modules (Storyline, Rise, or similar)
Design and produce multimedia assets including graphics, animations, and short-form learning videos
Create AI-driven video content using Synthesia, including scripting and post-production refinement
Apply strong visual design principles aligned to client branding
Collaborate with Project Managers and Instructional Designers to deliver high-quality learning solutions
Manage deadlines and deliver client-ready assets with minimal oversight
Qualification
Required
5+ years of eLearning development and multimedia production experience
Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline and/or Rise
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects or similar)
Synthesia (expert-level)
Strong graphic design and visual layout skills
Experience supporting enterprise-level L&D initiatives
Ability to work during standard business hours
Must own and maintain required development tools and software licenses where applicable
