Responsibilities
Join a multidisciplinary team to create unique solutions to complex engineering challenges
Contribute to products for a variety of programs, from large DoD to space
Analyze, validate, and trace requirements to tests
Involved in all levels of testing: System, Integration, Regression, and Design Verification
Define and execute tests, including developing and executing test procedures and communicating results with the team
Qualification
Required
Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university with at least 4 years of experience in a highly technical role OR have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university with at least 2 years of experience in a highly technical role
Have highly technical software and/or test experience
Be able to work in a lab environment in-person
Have experience creating and following test plans and procedures, including providing detailed evidence of test results
Have experience detecting and tracking software defects and inconsistencies
Have experience collaborating closely with software engineers and other engineering disciplines
Have experience with system development processes, including systems engineering, requirements traceability, and software validation and verification
Be a resident or willing to relocate to the North Alabama area
Candidate must have ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
Preferred
Able to read/analyze object-oriented program source in one or more languages (C++/C#/Java/Python)
Able to develop test automation in Python
