Responsibilities
Designing, analyzing, and prototyping innovative multi-domain system architectures
Providing support in areas such as system design, characterization, documentation and test
Qualification
Required
Student actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, or related technical field
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Experience using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, meters, power supplies, spectrum analyzers, various probes)
Exposure to reading and interpreting schematics, circuit, and system level block diagrams
Experience in design, simulation, analysis, and/or implementation on your own or as part of a project team
Experience using Microsoft Office Products; Word, Excel, Power Point
Preferred
Bring-up and debug new hardware designs
Test and characterization of circuit designs
Execute system level testing and report results, write basic scripts to automate test processes
Experience with scripting languages (Python, bash, etc.)
Prior experience Product Data Management Systems; Bills of Materials, product structure, configuration management
Prior experience using ORCAD, KiCAD schematic and Layout tools
Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, or MATLAB
