Responsibilities
Write or edit stories on a range of health topics, including chronic conditions, health news, mental health and wellness, and lifestyle
Participate in news meetings to help produce fast-turnaround stories
Assist with research and fact-checking
Help update existing articles to make sure information is current and accurate
Help with administrative tasks
Support the overall production needs of the website
Qualification
Required
Strong writing, editing, and research skills
Stories published on a digital news platform
A keen instinct for news and storytelling
Interest in and knowledge of digital media
Experience working with a content management system
Preferred
Health experience preferred but not required
Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT
