They are seeking a Project Coordinator to order and coordinate HVAC equipment, assist engineers and contractors on various projects, and communicate effectively with internal and external staff.

Responsibilities
Release, track, and verify all equipment for projects
Track the shipment and billing of all projects
Create billing cycles and submit warranty claims
Communicate on a regular basis with internal and external staff in-person, over the phone, and by email on project developments
Serve as a first point of contact for post-sale customer needs
Demonstrate independent judgment by working with customers on issues regarding their project and finding ways to solve problems and/or troubleshoot to achieve the wanted end result
File necessary documentation accurately
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project coordination
Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite
Preferred
Associate degree in related field is preferred
