Responsibilities
The Project Manager oversees the development and implementation of assigned projects, which may include general business initiatives or systems-related efforts
This role coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on schedule, and meet user requirements
The Project Manager is responsible for identifying and executing all Business Readiness activities, managing project team performance, providing guidance, and evaluating overall team effectiveness to achieve project objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
Preferred
Demonstrated management and leadership skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of project management
Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to identify and address exceptions or disagreements within teams or processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
