Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle delivery of infrastructure and process improvement projects, from initiation through closure
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation to support execution and governance
Coordinate activities across Hosting Services teams to ensure technical and operational alignment
Facilitate regular project meetings to review milestones, risks, issues, and decision needs
Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders and leadership through reports and status summaries
Identify project risks and dependencies and develop mitigation and contingency plans
Partner with Procurement, Contract Management, and Infrastructure teams on project-related purchases and vendor activities
Track project spend, validate forecasts, and support financial accountability across assigned work
Drive continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to processes, tools, and reporting
Support annual planning cycles by contributing project forecasts and infrastructure demand inputs
Use tools such as Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project to support project activities
Participate in initiatives focused on infrastructure modernization, automation, lifecycle upgrades, and resiliency improvements

Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives
Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project

Preferred

Degree or equivalent experience desired
5+ years of IT-related Project Management experience
Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, adaptability, and customer service orientation
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment
Familiarity with Caterpillar environments and IT operations is a plus
PMP, ACP, CSM, PSM or equivalent are valued
