Program Management - Subcontract Program Manager

Responsibilities
Managing a team of experienced and new professionals, with a focus on development and coaching
Overseeing performance of major subcontractors and critical suppliers
Implementing strategies to drive efficiencies and to ensure on-time deliveries that meet production floor needs
Collaborating with multiple functions, suppliers, and leadership to resolve issues, both internally and externally
Managing key metrics and performance, including material base and repair cycle time
Providing strategic support to proposal activities, ensuring supply chain best practices are embedded in all planning and deliverables, and maintain alignment with capture strategy
Traveling as necessary to support business needs
Qualification
Required
Experience in Supply Chain, Material Management, or Program Management
Proven capability to lead a team
Production experience
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Preferred
Proposal Experience
Demonstrated leadership skills
Demonstrated technical aptitude
Proficiency with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP)
Experience with Procure 2 Pay (P2P)
Risk Management experience
Earned Value and/or Control Account Management (CAM) experience
