Responsibilities
Lead UAT and integration testing for SAP Ariba and S/4HANA modules
Validate 3-way matching and OpenText VIM workflows to ensure seamless supplier payments
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts for eProcurement functionalities
Coordinate and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Validate catalog setup, pricing accuracy, and supplier onboarding workflows
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools
Work with IT and vendors to resolve issues and retest fixes promptly
Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes and outcomes
Provide regular status updates and test results to stakeholders
Act as a liaison between Procurement, IT, and other relevant teams during testing phases
Communicate changes in templates, onboarding processes, and testing protocols
Recommend enhancements to testing methodologies and catalog management processes
Ensure compliance with best practices and quality assurance standards
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of eProcurement platforms and catalog management. Including platforms like SAP S4, Ariba, OpenText VIM, etc
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with testing tools and defect tracking systems

Interpersonal Competencies
B.S. / B.A. degree in Business (or other related degree programs)
Preferred
Nice to have biotech, GXP or FDA regulated industry experience
