Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and governance of a modern Conditional Access framework leveraging Microsoft Entra ID
Develop the target‑state IAM design, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements such as SOX and GDPR
Oversee technical execution across teams, guiding implementation of IAM, MFA, and PAM solutions
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure IAM policies align with operational needs
Evaluate risks, define controls, and strengthen identity‑based security across manufacturing and enterprise environments
Provide architectural leadership by establishing standards, best practices, and roadmap direction for IAM capabilities
Qualification
Required
Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, information technology, or a related technical field aligned with IAM architecture
must have 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management roles
Candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in designing Conditional Access architectures using Microsoft Entra ID, along with hands‑on experience in MFA and PAM solution design
Candidate must possess deep understanding of regulatory frameworks such as SOX and GDPR and be able to align IAM strategy with operational and compliance requirements
