Responsibilities
Provides comprehensive and timely support to clients using enterprise tools, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations
Assists in developing, updating, and implementing training materials while performing tool and application demos for users
Supports customer onboarding by helping migrate clients onto tools and applications and addressing initial usage needs
Monitors tool and application performance by comparing planned versus actual timelines and reporting updates to management
Applies problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to resolve functional issues and adapt to diverse global team environments
Creates enterprise metrics and contributes to enhancement testing, along with completing ad hoc requests when required
Qualification
Required
A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience as preferred by the client
1-3 Years of experience required
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to act as the first point of reference for day‑to‑day queries
Excellent organizational, analytical, and consultative skills with the capability to work independently under general supervision
