Responsibilities

Lead and oversee multiple projects within a program, ensuring they align with the overall business strategy and objectives

Develop and manage program timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and alignment of project goals

Monitor program performance, tracking key metrics and resolving any issues or risks that may arise during execution

Monitor program budget, tracking spend from both a resource and material capacity in terms of time period element

Communicate program progress, risks, and successes to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment

Have exposure, experience, and proficiency in the suite of MS Office tools with an emphasis on MS Project and MS Powerpoint

Have exposure to the Atlassian suite of program development tools

Implement and manage processes for continuous improvement, optimizing program delivery and achieving business goals

Required
