Responsibilities
Strategic Event Execution : Lead planning and execution for Tier 2 events
Support Channel Team Events: Support Tier 3 events through managing and maintaining event giveaway and display repository and providing guidance to teams managing those events
On-Site Leadership : Attend and manage Tier 2 events to ensure a consistent brand experience, including supervising booth setups, managing staff, and handling real-time troubleshooting
Staff Preparation & Training : Create event briefs and run staff training sessions to ensure the team is aligned with messaging and event plans
Logistics & Budgeting : Manage shipping, display materials, contract negotiation support, and budget tracking for each event
Reporting & ROI : Oversee on-site lead collection and post-event reporting and improving overall channel performance
Qualification
Required
5-7 Years of Experience: Proven background in tradeshow and event management; experience with small business or tech audiences is a plus
Experience with Large-Scale Events: Familiarity managing large events (booths 20x20+, thought leadership, and cross-functional teams)
Exceptional Organization: Ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining extreme attention to detail
Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders across Brand, Comms, and Sales teams
Physical Ability: Must be able to assist with event setup/teardown, including lifting boxes and assembling smaller displays
