Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new preventative maintenance opportunities using CRM and market research
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow service contracts
Prepare quotes and pricing for maintenance programs
Manage a sales pipeline with consistent follow‑up to close agreements
Collaborate with Service and Management teams to ensure accurate information, scheduling, and customer onboarding
Support revenue growth through upselling and renewals

Required

Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills

Ability to use Adobe PDF editing tools to fill, modify, and prepare documents
Requires High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and customer service, or business development preferred
Experience in service, maintenance, or technical environments preferred
