The selected candidates will develop, verify, and optimize CNC programs for complex machined components using Siemens NX and Vericut software.

Responsibilities
Develop and write CNC programs using Siemens NX based on engineering drawings and specifications
Analyze drawings to determine part configuration, tolerances, and machining sequences
Program numerically controlled machines for machining complex parts and tooling
Select appropriate cutting tools considering feeds, speeds, materials, and machine capabilities
Use Vericut for simulation, validation, and optimization of CNC programs
Modify and improve existing programs due to engineering changes or process improvements
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve machining issues
Qualification
Required
Experience with Siemens NX (mandatory)
Experience with Vericut (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes
Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T
Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
CNC programming: 1 year (Required)
Siemens NX : 1 year (Required)
Vericut : 1 year (Required)
Secret (Required)
Preferred
Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
Experience working in high-precision or regulated environments
