Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Troubleshoot basic platform questions and guide customers to solutions
Escalate more complex issues to senior team members when needed
Document all interactions accurately in our ticketing system
Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied
Identify common questions and suggest ways to improve support resources
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or SaaS preferred)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Positive, patient, and customer-first attitude
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Comfortable learning new software and systems
