C# .NET Software Engineer
Charles Schwab is a leading provider of retirement plan services, and they are seeking a Software Engineer in Retirement Plan Services Technology. The role involves developing software applications to support retirement plan administration and producing high-quality output through participation in all facets of software delivery.

Responsibilities
Assist with developing software applications to support retirement plan administration
Participate on an agile team of developers, testers, product owners and scrum masters
Participate in discussions and engage other team members to flesh out system requirements where minimal information is provided
Design and build automated tests
Release applications to production environments on a regularly scheduled basis
Provide production application support for applications that require 99% uptime
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of .NET design and development experience
Demonstrated expertise in object-oriented development, Microsoft SQL Server, SOAP and REST web services, CI/CD
A strong knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in, software development, testing, maintenance, and support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience with Test Driven Development and automated testing design
Experience with the Atlassian suite of products (Confluence, JIRA, Bamboo)
Experience with Github and Copilot (or equivalent AI tools)
Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such as PCF, GCP, and AWS
Financial Services industry experience
