The Human Resources Intern will assist in the management and administration of HR-related tasks while gaining exposure to various areas within the department.

Responsibilities
Manages new partner files including drug screening, background checks, orientation packets and other necessary paperwork
Updates the HRIS (Paycom) web content
Helps with the performance management system
Assists with benefit administration
Assists with quarterly reports
Employee relation work including investigations and timecard upkeep
Participation in frequent audits of employee paperwork
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be enthusiastic, a self-starter, and able to work in a group or independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively and think independently
Work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues
Pursuing a 2-year or 4 year college degree in Human Resources or a related field
Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing
