Assistant Program Director - Family Matters
Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) is the largest provider of licensed outpatient community mental health services in Westchester County. They are seeking a dedicated Assistant Program Director for their Family Matters team, responsible for providing clinical supervision, delivering clinical services, and assisting with crisis intervention for youth and families facing mental health challenges.

Responsibilities
Providing one hour per week of formal clinical supervision for each supervisee, and completing required documentation for LMSW or LCSW licensure applications
Delivering clinical services to an assigned caseload
Completing all clinical documentation in accordance with WJCS guidelines and standards
Partnering closely with the Program Director with the supervision of the program and to support staff
Assisting with crisis intervention services, as needed
Qualification
Required
NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
Experience working with youth with mental health needs
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations
Collaborative and adaptable professional who values continuous learning and teamwork
Strong clinical judgement, supervisory skills, and a team-oriented approach
Ability to travel to homes and community-based sites; Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
