Program Coordinator

Responsibilities
Organize a Community Advisory Board for the Center and manage its website and social media channels
Make research and scientific findings from CALIBER investigators more accessible to the public and other academic audiences
Organize small pilot projects designed to catalyze larger investigations within the area of HIV and Alcohol Use
Work with investigators to generate meeting agendas, organize logistics, and track participation and evaluation metrics for the meetings
Orchestrate an application process for early stage investigators to apply for pilot projects
Compile and track application materials, schedule selection committee meetings and educational symposia for grantees, and maintain records for pilots once awarded
Qualification
Required
High school graduation and four years of related administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
Working knowledge of administrative procedures and processes including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications
Requires verbal and written communication skills, active listening, critical thinking, multi-tasking and time management skills
Demonstrates ability to work with stakeholders and community members
Demonstrates ability to navigate social media platforms and contribute to web design
