Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team to deliver high-quality software solutions
Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle
Develop and deliver user interfaces aligned with design specifications
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate visual concepts into functional applications
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance
Rapidly prototype and validate early product concepts
Monitor industry trends to drive ideas for new products and features
Maintain strong engineering standards, best practices, and documentation
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams
Strong expertise in front-end and back-end coding languages and frameworks
Experience working with development frameworks and third-party libraries
Solid understanding of the web development lifecycle, programming techniques, and tools
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A collaborative mindset and strong team-player attitude
