Responsibilities
Lead and direct large-scale, global, cross-functional high value projects with diverse CSL Plasma project teams, according to CSL Plasma strategic and operational priorities
Project manage process/technology related initiatives with a keen understanding of interdependencies
Responsible for an integrated view of projects or initiatives within a program, including Time, Cost, Performance (Scope) milestones, Resources and Issue, Risk and Opportunity dependencies that could impact the delivery of a project
Implement effective business transformation processes, including training and user adoption of related process and technology solutions
Assure team and internal/external stakeholder communication, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues to manage expectations on all requirements and deliverables
Execute the project work of monitoring and controlling of Time, Cost and Performance (Scope) against actuals, and the identification, reporting and resolution of all significant variances where they exist
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years in the plasma industry
5+ years demonstrated experience leading multi-functional teams or complex projects
Strong strategic planning, quantitative, and decision analysis capabilities
Strong project management and integration skills; ability to coordinate all aspects of a project
Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and controlling cross-functional project budgets
Preferred
Project management certification / training desirable
