Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of Windchill solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise PLM requirements
Oversee Windchill configuration, customization, and module implementation across PDMLink, ProjectLink, QMS, and MPMLink
Develop and maintain Java/J2EE components, Windchill APIs, and integrations supporting core PLM operations
Create and optimize SQL queries, database procedures, and data structures to enhance system performance
Guide teams in managing CAD document workflows, change management processes, and part/document structures
Drive technical collaboration with cross‑functional teams to support options/variants, vendor integrations, and advanced PLM capabilities
Qualification
Required
Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline aligned with PLM/Windchill technical architecture
8-10 Years of experience required
Candidate must have strong hands‑on expertise in Windchill configuration, customization, module implementation, and API‑based development
Candidate must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL, and integration work supporting PLM architecture, including CAD/Document Management and Change Management workflows
