Responsibilities
Use of PeopleSoft technology to perform daily Accounts Payable tasks. Including maintaining vendor master files
Support and Conduct control testing in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley
Develop improved financial processes, reports, and information
Understanding of IRS regulations to support the creation of 1099s and 1042s
Identify opportunities to re-engineer systems and processes to improve Accounts Payable and the end user experience
Special projects to enhance and improve technology
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's (Junior or Senior) or Master's degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance, or similar program with strong analytical skills
Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher is required (on a 4.0 scale)
