Akkodis is seeking a .Net backend developer with SQL for a contract with a client. The ideal candidate will rewrite and refactor SQL stored procedures into modern .NET APIs while orchestrating complex procedure redesigns and implementing optimized data architectures.

Responsibilities

Rewrite and refactor SQL stored procedures, functions, and business logic into modern .NET APIs with clean service‑layer architecture
Analyze legacy database schemas, dependencies, and data‑usage patterns to support redesign, data‑store migration, and synchronization strategies
Redesign complex SQL procedures and orchestrate data workflows while implementing optimized, scalable backend components in .NET
Build and configure new data stores, implement redesigned schemas, and develop end‑to‑end data sync mechanisms between legacy and modern environments
Perform development, unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles to ensure accurate API behavior and reliable data transformations
Collaborate with architects, product teams, and data engineers to define scope, estimate effort, and support phased modernization aligned with domain‑driven design principles

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
8–10 years of experience in backend development using .NET technologies with strong SQL expertise

Proven experience analyzing and redesigning legacy database schemas, dependencies, and data‑synchronization workflows for modernized data stores
