Responsibilities
Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and instructional content for global SPS systems
Document workflows and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and consistency
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather accurate technical information
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot hardware and software in line with SPS standards if interested
Translate complex product information into user-friendly content for diverse audiences
Manage documentation repositories and support centralized storage and ongoing content updates
Qualification
Required
Student pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the following or a related field: Management Information Systems, Technical Writing or Technical Communication, Information Technology or Technology Infrastructure, Computer Science, Communications, English, or a related discipline
Coursework, experience, or demonstrated interest in technical documentation
Comfortable operating in a modern professional work environment with open workspace
Familiarity with using interactive communication platforms such as Slack and Zoom
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, unrestricted basis
Preferred
Students entering their final year of study (“rising seniors”)
Prior SPS Commerce internship experience
Experience or interest in technical writing, documentation, or content development
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Working knowledge of Office 365 and the Microsoft Office Suite
