Responsibilities
Managing overall program scope, schedule, and budget
Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including contracts, finance, planning, engineering, production, and quality teams, to meet program requirements
Collaborating with external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and government agencies, to ensure program success
Managing and mitigating program risks across technical, schedule, and budget domains
Developing and managing program budgets, including financial planning, reporting, and forecasting
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction
Building and maintaining strong relationships with program stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations management in aerospace, defense, or a related industry
Ability to manage program budgets, schedules, and risks effectively
Working knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, policies, and acquisition processes
Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
Preferred
Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
Experience in a Production Program Management role
Experience developing and executing supplier Return to Green (RTG) plans
Prior full-criteria program exposure
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
