Responsibilities
Support daily IT operations and datacentre activities by ensuring stable, reliable infrastructure performance
Develop Python and Streamlit dashboards to present operational metrics, reports, and real‑time visibility for stakeholders
Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and operations teams to resolve issues and maintain seamless operational workflows
Automate recurring operational tasks and reporting functions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Assist with incident management processes, including root-cause analysis and post‑incident reviews
Communicate technical insights clearly to both technical and business audiences through metrics, dashboards, and presentations
Qualification
Required
Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline aligned with PLM/Windchill technical architecture
8-10 Years of experience required
Candidate must have strong hands‑on expertise in Windchill configuration, customization, module implementation, and API‑based development
Candidate must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL, and integration work supporting PLM architecture, including CAD/Document Management and Change Management workflows
