Responsibilities
Responsible for enhancing and developing API Frameworks using SOAP, Rest, and Mule Platforms
Responsible for assisting Salesforce engineers in triaging issues reported by customers
Responsible for troubleshooting and debugging application deployments to Kubernetes, Azure
Create and maintain software and deployment documentation
Candidate will be fluent in Git and Azure to test and deploy code
This candidate needs to be proactive and demonstrate the ability to analyze issues, generate ideas, and initiate action while achieving results
Actively participate in Scrum, providing status of tasks and coordinating with project team to meet requirements
Extended hours and weekend release work may be required
Experience working in an environment where coordination with multiple teams is essential to success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science
5+ years of related experience
Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
Experience with integration patterns such as orchestration, transformation, and mediation
Experience with message queues and event-driven architectures
Familiarity with API security best practices and encryption
Deep understanding of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Fluent in Git and Azure to test and deploy code
Ability to analyze issues, generate ideas, and initiate action while achieving results
Experience working in an environment where coordination with multiple teams is essential to success
Preferred
Certification is required in some areas
