Responsibilities
Creating, maintaining, and editing programs for milling, turning, and multitasking machines (2 – 5 axis)
Possessing knowledge of various HSM and HPM milling techniques
Having an in-depth background of tool and speed/feed selection
Working in a fast-paced environment and staying on the edge of new technology and manufacturing strategies
Qualification
Required
High school education with training and experience in machine shop practices and techniques
The ability to handle diversified work assignments that may require independent thinking and judgment
Ability to read blueprints, computer/CNC skills, and knowledge of the metric system
Qualified applicants need to have some experience with CNC programming of machine tools
Preferred
Experience with Opus, GibbsCAM, Esprit, NX, or similar software
