Responsibilities

Manage ITOM demand intake, prioritization, and delivery tracking
Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders
Develop project plans, timelines, KPIs, and resource strategies
Facilitate status meetings and executive briefings
Monitor risks and implement mitigation plans
Support training and adoption of ITSM solutions
Drive continuous process improvement

Required

5+ years managing IT implementation programs
Experience with ITSM/ITOM tools and CMDB initiatives
Strong understanding of government compliance and procurement
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or equivalent PLUS 15 Years of experience
The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation

Preferred

ServiceNow experience (ITSM / ITOM)
Agile or Scrum familiarity
Change and release management experience
