Responsibilities

Design and implement ServiceNow enhancements leveraging core platform features

Build applications through configuration, reporting, and data migration activities as needed

Identify and deliver best‑practice solutions that meet client business requirements

Develop custom functionality and integrate third‑party systems

Conduct unit testing and remediate defects in developed code

Promote code updates through environments and deploy changes to production

Support the creation of technical designs and related documentation

Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to develop ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs

Qualification

ServiceNowIAT Level II certificationScripting language proficiencyLinux operating systemsService Catalog development

Required

Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph required to be considered

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline and 5+ years of software engineering experience

IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) certification required

Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, JavaScript)

Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (RHEL/CentOS/Debian) and its fundamentals

Experience developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows
