Responsibilities
Act as Nike’s representative, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and vision
Develop and manage stakeholder communication, collaborating with transition management and Nike’s leadership
Devise strategies for programme execution, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and contingency planning
Oversee multiple projects, focusing on high-level planning, risk management, and business objectives
Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and Nike’s standards and policies
Support the procurement process, manage budgets and report to finance partners, and collaborate with legal on contracts, safeguarding project goals
Manage scope changes across projects to minimise disruptions while maintaining alignment with Nike’s strategic goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent education, experience, and training
Minimum of 6 years' professional experience in engineering, construction programme management, or design, with evidence of increasing responsibility
At least 3 years' experience acting as an owner's representative on commercial, corporate, or workplace projects
Proven track record in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
Working knowledge of permitting, design development, construction delivery, and contract administration
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, negotiate with vendors, and manage cross-functional stakeholder expectations
