Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking a Solution Architect for a contract role in Durham, NC. The ideal candidate will lead the architectural design for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and ensure scalable and compliant solutions for decentralized clinical trial workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end architectural design for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions for decentralized clinical trial (DCT) workflows

Define integration architecture involving systems like Zavacor (CTMS), Kit Production System, Cisco CTI, and other enterprise platforms

Oversee data modeling, ingestion patterns, and API‑based integrations supporting study setup, study conduct, and patient engagement processes

Provide architectural governance by enforcing coding standards, reviewing solution designs, and ensuring platform alignment with HIPAA/GDPR and enterprise security policies

Collaborate with cross‑functional business and technical teams to validate requirements, resolve gaps, and align architectural decisions with program goals

Partner with technical leads and developers to ensure delivery feasibility, AI‑readiness, and adoption of best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field

Strong client-required expertise in designing secure, compliant architectures for regulated life sciences environments (HIPAA, GDPR, audit trails)

Proven experience implementing integration architectures involving CTMS, CTI, data ingestion workflows, and API‑based enterprise systems
