Responsibilities
Define and deliver the 3–5 year global data centre strategy, aligned to Board growth and return targets
Lead international expansion into new territories, overseeing market entry, utility strategy, regulatory engagement, and local partnerships
Own the global portfolio roadmap - balancing greenfield development, live-site optimisation, and selective M&A
Set and enforce engineering, reliability, and operational standards across all regions
Align international teams under a single performance framework covering uptime, efficiency, safety, and cost control
Oversee major capital programmes and multi-site expansion initiatives
Drive organisational capability, succession planning, and leadership development across engineering and operations
Act as executive interface with investors, hyperscale clients, and strategic partners
Qualification
Required
18+ years' experience in hyperscale or mission-critical infrastructure environments
Engineering or Construction degree (preference Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural degree)
Senior executive leadership at SVP or equivalent level, with global remit
Proven track record delivering multi-year growth strategies across international markets
Experience leading large, technical engineering teams
Strong oversight of large-scale capital deployment and portfolio performance
Deep technical credibility across design, construction, commissioning, and live operations
Board-level communication skills and commercial acumen
