They are seeking a Utility Vegetation Management Technician to apply Tree Growth Regulator treatments, maintain accurate records, and communicate with homeowners while working outdoors in various conditions.

Responsibilities
Applying a TGR soil treatments, which includes safely mixing and handling products in compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines
Keep accurate digital records to support research and compliance
Professionally communicate with homeowners, representing Growth Solutions and utility partners
Navigate utility rights-of-way locating and identify trees for treatment
Qualification
Required
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
Must reside in or around Casper, WY
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and commitment to safe driving
Obtain pesticide applicator's license upon starting (we will pay for test)
Preferred
Experience in forestry, tree care, landscaping, or utility work
Leadership experience in work, school, or volunteer roles
Tree identification knowledge
Comfortability with using basic hand tools and doing general maintenance on equipment
