Responsibilities
Configure, build, and support Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology (AP) and Clinical Pathology (CP) modules
Collaborate with laboratory and clinical stakeholders to comprehend workflows and translate needs into effective system design
Participate in implementations, upgrades, and large-scale optimization initiatives for Epic systems
Ensure system stability and integration in collaboration with IT teams
Document and support laboratory compliance with regulatory standards
Provide recommendations to enhance laboratory system efficiency and usability
Qualification
Required
Certified in Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology (AP) and Clinical Pathology (CP)
Strong experience with Epic Beaker configuration and optimization in healthcare settings
Ability to translate business requirements into Epic Beaker solutions
Proficient in collaborating with diverse teams including clinicians and IT professionals
Exceptional analytical and communication abilities
Preferred
Certification in Data Innovations (DI) or similar middleware solutions
Experience with laboratory middleware integration and prior involvement in Epic system optimization
Familiarity with CAP and CLIA laboratory standards
Experience within vendor contracts or statements of work environments
