This role will involve collaborating with IT Finance and other business teams to translate requirements into scalable Apptio solutions that drive financial transparency and cost optimization.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT Finance (TBM), PMO, and Technology stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Lead application roadmap planning and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Design, configure, and maintain Apptio modules, including ApptioOne, Cost Transparency, IT Planning and Cloudability
Develop and maintain data models, allocations, and cost hierarchies aligned with TBM taxonomy standards
Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide transparency into IT spend, budgeting, forecasting, and cost drivers
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Maintain configuration documentation and support change management processes
Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting
Stay current with Apptio platform enhancements, TBM best practices, and cost optimization strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Apptio (ApptioOne preferred)
Strong understanding of TBM taxonomy and cost allocation methodologies
Strong understanding of IT financial management and budgeting processes
Strong understanding of Cloud cost management principles
Experience with SQL and data analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
7+ years of overall software development and 4+ years of experience developing or administration of Apptio application
Apptio Certified Administrator or Apptio TBM certification
Background in IT Finance, FP&A, or cost transparency initiatives
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
