Responsibilities
Design & develop data, software, & tech solutions to business questions
Pressure-test requirements for accurate delivery
Present & lead status to business stakeholders
Prepare & present data distributions to non-tech audiences
Compile & deliver accurate solution estimates
Define scope by understanding business needs with technology capabilities
Elicit requirements from ambiguous business needs
Challenge where needed
Execute the software development lifecycle for new builds/changes
Qualification
Required
Must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, applied & computational mathematics, data science, management information systems, analytics or related field & 5 years of work experience in a combination of data analyst, business systems analyst &/or data engineering roles
4 years analyzing or engineering data with Structured Query Language (SQL)
3 years gathering business requirements & preparing & presenting orally & in writing to supervisor, non-technology stakeholders, & peers in a matrixed organization
1 year analyzing or transforming data with Python
1 year storing, processing, or analyzing data on cloud-based solutions
Alternatively, would accept a Master's degree in computer science, applied & computational mathematics, data science, management information systems, analytics or related field & 1 year of work experience in a combination of data analyst, business systems analyst &/or data engineering roles
Of work experience required, must have 1 year in (i), (ii), (iii) & (iv)
Experience may be gained concurrently
