Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of mid-sized 401(k) plan clients. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Strategic Partnership Building: Collaborate with key institutional partners to enhance service delivery and identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the retirement plan space
Consultative Solutions: Understand clients' unique needs and objectives, providing strategic insights and customized solutions to optimize their retirement plans
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze plan performance, providing clients with actionable recommendations to improve plan outcomes and participant engagement
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all client interactions and plan activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, mitigating potential risks
Market Insights and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to proactively address client needs and position J.P. Morgan Asset Management as a thought leader in the retirement space

Required

This position requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in the retirement industry
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus
Proven experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on retirement plans
Strong understanding of 401(k) plan administration, compliance, and investment strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
