Vice President, Analytics
Zenith is one of Publicis Groupe’s largest media agencies, known for its expertise in media and strategic planning. The Vice President of Analytics will lead their team in delivering analytics solutions, coaching team members, and formulating a vision for client accounts.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the team to help them stay on track with day-to-day deliverables of their respective accounts
Contribute intellectual capital to teams by coaching and mentoring in designing campaign measurement plans based on clients’ business needs
Use data to tell compelling stories
Formulate a vision for accounts and proliferate that vision throughout the team
Act as a mentor, manager, project manager, and thought leader
Communicate complex ideas to both external and internal clients, and present to executive level clients
Develop frameworks for steering complex analytics projects
Identify opportunities to productize analytic solutions and sell into internal and external clients
Manage and coordinate efforts across various teams/offices
Work with Engineering and Product teams
Qualification
Required
B.A. or B.S., preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing/Advertising or related field
10+ years of experience working in an Analytics capacity
5+ years in a managerial and client facing experience
Knowledge of Digital Media, Marketing/Advertising industries required
Experience working with Python, R programming languages
Experience working with relational databases, SQL
Experience growing and cultivating Analytics talent
Ability to communicate complex ideas to both external and internal clients, and ability and comfort with presenting to executive level clients
Ability to develop frameworks for steering complex analytics projects
Strong analytical thinker with an abundance of intellectual curiosity
Extensive experience ad servers such as CM360, buying platforms such as DV360 or Meta, and website analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Experience with other digital media and analytics tools, Measurement Vendors, BI Software, Relational Databases
Experience with third party research partners such as DISQO, GfK, Nielsen and comScore
Understanding of a broad range of online advertising media channels such as Search, Display Banners, Email, Contextual, and Social, as well as subject matter expertise in at least one of these areas
World-class customer service skills. Ability to service clients, partners and internal stakeholders by understanding their needs, translating those needs into creative solutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and a sense of urgency
Be able to identify opportunities to productize analytic solutions and sell into internal and external clients
Experience managing and coordinating efforts across various teams/offices
Experience working with Engineering and Product teams
Expertise in managing and querying relational databases
Knowledge of cloud computing environments: AWS, Azure, GCP
Expertise in ad verification tools such as IAS, Moat, etc
Expertise in using or analyzing data form DMPs and DSPs
Expertise in two or more of the following advanced analytics methods: descriptive statistics, predictive statistical methods and machine learning, multi-touch attribution modeling, MMM, cross-device measurement
