Responsibilities
Receive guidance on how to successfully manage the day-to-day operations of a Skilled Nursing facility
Works closely with the facility Administrator to establish a positive culture of employee engagement
Learn about partnering with nursing to achieve census expectations
Obtain training on how to manage the facility budget
Administrator in Training will follow Sapphire policies and procedures
Attend meetings as required including daily Stand-up meeting
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Ability to complete AIT program in a Sapphire facility
