We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various mechanical and electrical systems while maintaining high standards of safety and functionality within our facilities.

Responsibilities
Replace burned out light bulbs in common area and entrances
Address plumbing and drain issues
General maintenance related cleaning: light lens covers, interior and exterior
Walk parking lots and grounds to collect debris, report damage
Assist with HVAC check-up and filter change
For winter, clear snow & ice from all walks & apply ice-melt
Landscaping/mowing/snow-removal
Perform parking lot patching, crack filling, and lot striping
Replace damaged ceiling tiles
Minor electrical repairs
Apply insecticide and herbicide as needed
Apply new safety paint to areas as needed (handicap areas, curbs, etc.)
General painting as needed
Reset parking lot light timers to match sunrise/sunset as needed
Open/Close sprinkler system to match the season and as needed
Drive our residents to and from grocery stores, pharmacies, fish fry events, etc
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Maintenance: 2-3 years (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Prior experience in General Maintenance a plus but not required
Pool maintenance and certification a plus
Electrical/HVAC certification and experience a plus
